Why I Created These Programs
I’ve spent years exploring all sorts of less-mainstream approaches to healing, on a quest to find techniques that genuinely work.
There’ve been so many, in fact, that every now and then another one pops into my mind that I’d completely forgotten about! I really have dived deeply into that realm. There have been profound, uneventful, and sometimes frankly laughable experiences along the way! I’m sure I’ve caused plenty of amusement (and a little bemusement!) while sincerely testing the countless techniques I’ve learned on others. I reached a point where the initial starry-eyed phase of wonder and curiosity had worn away. I couldn’t help but roll my eyes at yet another wave of vague cosmic language. Being told “it’s working on a very deep level” lost its meaning when no short- or long-term, obvious benefits appeared. That said, I’ve also genuinely experienced the complete opposite. There have been times when nothing seemed to happen, yet the results later proved profound. In fact, one of the biggest shifts I’ve ever had came from an experience that felt completely flat at the time - but its benefits are still with me today.
I've Done the Donkey Work So You Don’t Have To!
Eventually, I discovered a whole range of simple approaches that bring fast and obvious results. Each one effectively reduces anxiety, cortisol and calms the nervous system.

The good news is, I’ve already hunted out the good stuff for you! I’ve tested and refined a whole range of simple, natural techniques that I’ve found genuinely helpful - as have huge amounts of other people. Better still, there’s a growing body of research that supports them (and I happily share that with you too).
Results You Can See
The charts below show the total GAD-7 (General Anxiety Disorder) scores from recent participants on my Natural Anxiety Relief programs.
A core element of all my programs are soulful one-to-one anxiety therapy online sessions. During these we gently clear the root causes and track your progress since our last session using the GAD-7 measure. Most clients notice obvious improvements after only the first week of their programs as you can see from the charts. At the start of each session, we record your GAD-7 score so you can see exactly how your anxiety levels generally reduce (often dramatically) week by week. A score of 4 or below is typically classed as ‘none,’ meaning anxiety symptoms are no longer at a level associated with Generalised Anxiety Disorder. When your score drops to 4 or below it doesn’t mean you will never feel anxious again. Occasional situational anxiety is part of life but those feelings are usually short-lived and easier to handle. With an increased window of tolerance, your nervous system doesn’t tip into overwhelm as easily. Things that once felt unmanageable start to feel more achievable again.
GAD-7 is a simple questionnaire designed for screening and measuring the severity of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). It’s widely used in both therapy and research settings because it gives a quick, accurate picture of someone’s current level of anxiety. The total score ranges from 0 to 21, with higher numbers reflecting more intense anxiety. Of course, that doesn’t mean that someone will never feel anxious again. Occasional or situational anxiety is part of life and we all feel it from time to time. But when someone’s score drops to this level, those feelings are usually short-lived and easier to handle. With an increased window of tolerance, the nervous system doesn’t tip into overwhelm as easily, and things that once felt unmanageable start to feel more doable.




Spikes in GAD-7 scores are often linked to things like new sources of stress in life, other unresolved background issues coming to the surface or ongoing serious health concerns.

What if I’ve tried everything before?
That’s one of the most common things I hear. These anxiety therapy online sessions are different because they blend light conversation with energy work—so we don ’t just talk about anxiety, we release the feelings underneath it. Most clients feel a shift even in their first session.
Do I need to believe in it for it to work?

What if I feel nervous about using Zoom?
