Whether your anxiety is mild or severe, the goal is the same: to gently process and release the underlying feelings that are fuelling the anxiety.
Higher levels of anxiety simply indicate deeper roots and more stored emotional history. Therefore, those programs provide significantly more content and a longer duration (more personal one to one sessions) to ensure we work through everything safely and thoroughly.
