I work closely with people one to one via Zoom to help them release the uncomfortable feelings at the root of their anxiety. I also teach them simple, proven tools so they can handle future stress and anxiety effectively on their own.

​

In our sessions, I use a combination of gentle, soulful conversation, two powerful visualisation techniques, and EFT tapping to reduce cortisol and anxiety levels naturally and create a deep sense of calm.

​

Over many years, I've explored and experimented with a wide range of proven practices and lifestyle enhancements, and shaped what I’ve found to be most beneficial into three online programs, each tailored to different levels of anxiety.

These programs, combined with one to one sessions, offer a complete holistic approach that has proven highly effective in helping people reduce anxiety naturally.

And to illustrate this I thought I would share some of my recent results with you.

The charts below show the total GAD-7 (General Anxiety Disorder) scores recorded at the start of every session with my clients. 

​

GAD-7 is a simple questionnaire designed for screening and measuring the severity of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). It’s widely used in both therapy and research settings because it gives a quick, accurate picture of someone’s current level of anxiety.

​

The total score ranges from 0 to 21, with higher numbers reflecting more intense anxiety.

​

A score of 4 or below is typically classed as ‘none’ meaning anxiety symptoms are no longer at a level associated with Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

 

Of course, that doesn’t mean that someone will never feel anxious again. Occasional or situational anxiety is part of life and we all feel it from time to time. But when someone’s score drops to this level, those feelings are usually short-lived and easier to handle. With an increased window of tolerance, the nervous system doesn’t tip into overwhelm as easily, and things that once felt unmanageable start to feel more doable.

Spikes in GAD-7 scores are often linked to things like new sources of stress in life, other unresolved background issues coming to the surface or ongoing serious health concerns.
